Our Story

Marzilicious was born out of a passion for two things: creating pretty looking stuff and deliciously squidgy marzipan.

We decided right at the beginning that we wanted our products to be of the highest quality possible which meant making our own marzipan and not settling for decorating a commercially bought product. After a bit of recipe development and a lot of taste testing (did we mention we love marzipan?), we now produce a deliciously smooth confection which is high in almond content and needs no preservatives.

Most commercial marzipans contain a maximum of 25% almond, whereas Marzilicious marzipan has a whopping 49%. It is also made with a sugar syrup and no eggs giving it a long shelf life and stored in a sealed container can last for weeks. 

Our beautiful little creations make a fantastic gift for the Marzi-fan in your life, a treat for after dinner, wedding favours or even decoration for that special cake. Our range of products is always expanding and we can also take bespoke orders, so if you want something you don’t see in the shop yet, just give us a shout. All our products are suitable for vegans.
